Where It All Began
Grizzly’s BBQ started with a simple passion: making mouthwatering barbecue that brought people together. What began as weekend smoking sessions and backyard cookouts slowly grew into something more. We dreamed of sharing our food with the community, and with a lot of hard work (and just as many late nights), that dream became a reality.
Family at the Center
When our son was born in 2022, our world changed. Like many parents, we found ourselves juggling new responsibilities, sleepless nights, and big adjustments. On top of that, our son was born with Down Syndrome and medical challenges, which meant our priorities shifted overnight. Suddenly, it wasn’t just about running a business — it was about making sure family always came first.
That experience reshaped how we run Grizzly’s BBQ. We learned the importance of slowing down, focusing on what matters most, and creating a business that reflects our values. Our restaurant isn’t just a place to eat — it’s an extension of our family, built with love, resilience, and community support.
